The 5 horsepower (hp) model of Sears Craftsman Chipper Shredder is designed for the home owner who needs help clearing plants, trees and shrub from his garden on yard.

Usually designed as a top down type, the shredder will happily shred small tree branches and a wide variety of plants, shrubs and bushes.

You can either drop the items into the hopper on the unit, or move the hopper so that it is close to the ground to allow you to rake your stuff straight in.
